A downloadable tool
Yume IO is a Theme-able and Stylish Game Launcher based on upbeat sixth generation game console UIs for Windows PCs.
It supports custom themes, and works with both Steam, and non-Steam games.
The current build is the 2nd Alpha build.
For best results use on a screen with a resolution of 1920x1080, and use a XInput controller.

this is really cool! I see that you can swap out the background images and icons; any way to switch the background audio as well?
Also is this cool for people to repackage their games with or do you only intend this for personal use? Thanks!
Thank you for this. I think this concept would be cool for gdemu on dreamcast. Can you port it there?
